It's an AmaaaZING Thing!

Oh My Crafts で扱っています面白くて新しい商品とは、何でしょうか？

それは、American Crafts のZingエンボスパウダーです。

Zingエンボスパウダーは、プロジェクトに色と厚みを加える効果的な方法です。

手順は、スタンプやマーカーを使ってペーパーにエンボスインクを塗布し、Zing エンボスパウダーをふりかけ、余分のパウダーを取り去り、熱を加えます。表面（出来栄え）はスムースで光沢がないもの（opaque)もあります。opaque, glitter, metallic, fluorescentのユニークな四つの趣の出来栄えとカラーリングの豊富さで、表現方法はエンドレスです。

LindseyによるZing プロジェクトです。

この Kindred Spiritは、Zing エンボスパウダーを使っています。タイトルとスタンプされた四つの四角は、Zing で作成されました。

Zing パウダーは、温められますと隆起する効果を生み出します。素晴らしいテキスチャーですね。

 

Jenni Bowlin の蝶のエンベリシュメントです。

"just because"のカードと封筒です。

全ての花は、Zingエンボスパウダーで作成されました。　Lindsey は、花が際立つようにopaque と glitterの　Zing　エンボスパウダーを使用しました。

Get Ready to Rock with i-rock!

Oh My Crafts の新規取り扱い商品：イマジニスの　i-rock コレクションをチェックしましょう。

i-rock とは何か？　単３電池駆動のツールで、　ラインストーン、宝石、パール、ミラー　をペーパーやファブリックや家具などに確実に貼り付けることができます。　扱い方は簡単で可能性（使い道）は、限りがありません。　さらに良いことには、煩わしい糊は必要ありません。

簡単なので、お父さんでも使えますよ。


使い方を確認しましょう。

1. 宝石用のステックかピンセットで、糊の付いている方を下にしてgem/studs (宝石あるいは飾りボタンあるいは飾りびょう）を置きます。
2. ツールをgem/stud に対して垂直に保ち、エンベリシュメントの先端に軽くタッチします。裏側の糊が溶け出すまで熱を与えます。
3. エンベリシュメントにタッチしていると、糊が溶け出すのを感ることができます。　その時、gem/stud からツールを離します。
   
   
   

i-rock Tips:

1. エンベリシュメントにツールを過度に押さえつけないでください。　ツールからの熱によって糊が溶けます。
2. ファブリックなど異なる素材の表面では、エンベリシュメントが糊づけされるまでの時間が通常と異なります。　最初にテストをしましょう。
3. studs は、早く出来上がります。　もし強く押し付けると、糊がサイドに流れ出し醜くなるでしょう。　studs の場合は、強く押さえないで約３秒間当てる程度にすることをお勧めします。

（i-rock の使用前に説明書を読みましょう。　説明書は、i-rock に同梱されています、またこちらからでも確認できます。）

クラフティングにおいて、i-rock は、たくさんのクールな利用方法があります。　イマジニスのプロジェクトをいくつか見てみましょう。

Just Me and My Dad

父の日、Sizzix を使った土壇場のプロジェクトを紹介します。

お父さんに、カードで気持ちを伝えましょう。

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Fold cardstock in half to form card base. Cut various strips of patterned paper and adhere to front of rectangular-shaped corrugated cardboard. Attach twill tape across front. Stitch around corrugated cardboard, if desired. Adhere entire piece to card front. Die-cut letters from Serif Essentials alphabet, Hearts and Hardware Findings from paper-covered chipboard. Embellish with Distressing Ink. Attach brads, clock piece and twine to die-cut pieces. Adhere to card front.

お父さんと写った大好きな写真がありませんか？　”Ｄad"のフレームでディスプレイしましょう。

INSTRUCTIONS:

Die-cut the letters from Sassy Serif alphabet from cardstock and chipboard. Apply Textured Impressions (Woodgrain & Burlap) and Texture Fades to the cardstock. Ink and Sand to highlight the designs. Adhere to chipboard letters. Adhere the letters together using hot glue or strong tape. Die-cut Bird (from Caged) from chipboard and Branch w/Leaves from paper. Add color with ink. Adhere to frame front and embellish with moss. Make two easel backs to support frame.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Fold cardstock in half to form card base. Emboss cardstock. Trim a piece of patterned paper to size and adhere to embossed cardstock. Stitch around patterned paper, if desired. Mat embossed cardstock on cardstock and attach to card. Die-cut Phrase, Chill from cardstock, attach to card and embellish with glossy accents. Die-cut Star from patterned paper, Chalk Edges, attach to card and embellish with Glitter. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a knot. Attach ribbon bow.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Die-cut Album page from cardstock to form door hanger and ink edges. Die-cut Swirl from cardstock and attach. Die-cut Phrase, Happy from cardstock and attach. Die-cut Number and attach. Die-cut Phrase, Thanks trim away unnecessary letters and attach. Die-cut Pinwheel from double-sided patterned paper, assemble, secure with a Brad and attach. Embellish with button and Glitter. Add ribbon to hang.

風車の作り方
1. Print the pinwheel pattern provided. Cut the solid lines. Lay it on top of your patterned paper and lightly paste the corners down.
2. Cut-out the pinwheel on the solid lines only.
3. Cut the dotted lines from the four corners to the center circle. Try not to cut into the center circle.
4. Use the sharpened pencil to poke a hole through the four tiny dark circles.
5. Make the tiny holes on the four points meet at the center circle.
6. Push the ends of a paper fastener through the holes on the pinwheel. then push the fastener through the center circle.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Die-cut Stars several times from Plain and Patterned Paper backed with chipboard. Adhere Stars together to form a wreath. Embellish with ribbon and Glitter!

Family, Fun, Food, and Fireworks!

夏には、家族と過ごす時間と私達が最も大切にしていることを祝うことの他に何があるでしょう。　楽しいイベントや思い出作りに役立つアイデアをお見せしましょう。

まず最初は７月４日の招待状です。

カードストックに招待状を印刷します。カットして、台紙に貼り付けます。　パターンペーパーからサンダルを　Die-cut し、招待状に糊づけします。　カードストックから星をDie-cut し。フォームドットを使ってサンダルに糊づけし、グリッターで飾り付けします。リボンを飾り付けします。


デコレーションは、どうしましょう？　楽しいパーティは、面白いデコレーションがあるものです。　　テーブル用のキュートなデコレーションはどうですか。

INSTUCTIONS:


Die-cut Stars out of acrylic and paper-covered chipboard. Embellish acrylic with paint pens. Die-cut Rectangle from chipboard. Use texture plate to emboss white-core colored cardstock and sand to highlight. Attach to rectangular chipboard. Punch two holes in rectangle. Punch holes into Star points, matching up to holes in rectangle. Punch one hole into smaller Stars. Use Textured Impressions folders to emboss paper. Die-cut Stars from paper and distress with distressing ink. Attach Stars and photos to pages. Die-cut the word “July” from paper and attach to album. Embellish with sayings, buttons and brads. Use binder rings to attach Stars to rectangular chipboard. Tie ribbons onto rings. Hand-cut flame from paper. Attach to a small strip of acrylic. Glue acrylic strip to back side of album. Ruffle tissue paper and adhere to back side of flame. Embellish flame and ruffle with distressing ink and glitter glue.

INSTRUCTIONS:


Adhere various papers to cardstock. Die-cut Album Pages from cardstock and embellish with buttons, pieces of printed paper and distressing ink. Apply stitching to edges if desired. Die-cut Stars and sentiment from paper-covered chipboard and apply distressing ink. Add pen details and glitter. Adhere to Album pages. Die-cut the word “our” out of colored cardstock and adhere to page. Attach all pages to a strip of chipboard. Punch holes in ends and tie on ribbon.

ニートなアイデア：　装飾枕　　Sizzixは、ペーパーと同様にファブリックをカットできることを知っていますか？

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut strips of fabric for stripes. Stitch together with seams always facing up. Attach square to side of stripes in the same manner. Cut a piece of fabric the same size as the front. Stitch three sides together with seams still facing outward. Wash and dry pillow cover to create the chenille look. Insert batting into pillow and machine stitch closed. Die-cut two Stars from fabric and one from batting. Assemble batting between two Stars and stitch around edges. Sew button into center of Star. Attach to pillow with hot glue or by sewing.

Love Is A Work Of Heart

Lindsey の作品を二つお見せします。

まずは、 ベーシックグレイ　Cappella Collection パックを使ったウェディングレイアウトです。

Pima のRose Flourish を見てください。　大変シンプルですが、作品にエレガンスを与えます。　言うまでもなく　Cappella Collection パックとマッチします。

Jenni Bowlin のEmbellished Butterfly をどう思いますか？　このembellishment は６種類の色があることを知っていますか　？

異なったエレメントをまとめたものを見ましょう。　Lindsey は、　興味を持たせる作品作りをしています。　たくさんのいろいろなものを使って、ファンタスティックなレイアウトを作る方法を知っています。

Prima: Say It In Pearls - Roses Flourish (Cream)

Technique Tip:　たいていはペーパーがお互いに融合しないように、同じ色とパターンのペーパーが重ならないようにします。　しかし、　パターンがはっきりする方法で重ねるなら、　まとまりがあるように見ます。　例えば、このプロジェクトでは、"Our Day" ステッカーは、そのペーパーとブレンドしているかのように見えます。　それをアウトラインし傾けると、その周りのパターンを区別し、面白みを与えます。



INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Take whichever paper you wish to use as your background for the page, and ink the entire page using the Pumice Stone Distress Ink. Next, take your second page and using your Songbird Cricut Cartridge, cut out your frame (>s< Frame Size 10”). After the frame is cut out, cut it in half. Using your Bundled Sage Distress Ink, ink all the edges of the frame. Glue the frame down on the middle of the background page, but tilt it slightly to the left. With your other Cappella paper, cut out a 10 ½" x 6" piece and ink it with the Spun Sugar Distress Ink. Glue this piece on the bottom half of your page so that it covers the last ½" of the frame.

Step 2: Cut a strip of the Cappella paper ½" wide and 11" in length. Glue it down on an angle across the 10 ½" x 6" rectangle. Along the top of the strip you just attached, glue the Cappella Doily. Finally, choose a sticker edge from the Cappella sticker sheet and place it along the bottom of the rectangle.

Step 3: How to create your picture mat: Take your Brown Vine Sheet and cut it 5"x5". Glue this piece down on the right side of the frame. Take your Sticker Lace 12"x12 strip (can be found in the Cappella Paper Pack) and cut off a 5" long piece. Stick this piece along the left side of the picture mat.

Step 4: On the Cappella Sticker Sheet, find and remove the “Our Day” Journal Sticker and place it in the bottom left corner of your page over the doilies. Using your brown font pen outline the edge of the "Our Day" sticker. Lastly, take the large brown flower from the Cappella Sticker Sheet and place it just over the bottom left corner of the “Our Day” sticker.

Step 5: Take your Say It In Pearls Roses Flourish embellishment and stick it on the left side of your page just above the "Our Day" sticker. Next, take a medium flower from the Cappella Sticker Sheet and stick it just below the pearls. Place two more flower stickers, one at the top of the pearl strand, and one at the bottom left corner of the picture mat. Finally, off to the side of the pearl strand place the “The wedding" sticker from the Cappella Sticker Sheet.

Step 6: At the top right corner of the picture mat place one more flower from the Cappella Sticker Sheet as well as a Jenni Bowlin Embellished Butterfly. Along the right side of the page, just below the butterfly, spell out “LOVE” using the letters found in the Cappella Sticker Sheet (the bottom of each letter should touch the edge of the page).
